Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Spaghetti

  • 1 Pound spaghetti,cooked according to package directions
  • 1 Cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ Cup chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ Cup milk
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and cook the garlic with the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the cream cheese, milk, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cook for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. Drain and discard the water and leaves.
  5. Divide the spaghetti into bowls, pour the sauce over.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
