*Once again, I didn’t feel great this week, so hubby pitched in and cooked supper a couple of nights…not from the menu (which I don’t mind at all), so I’m repeating some of last week that we didn’t eat! But he and I did get in a great night of freezer cooking and we put 22 pounds of ground beef in the freezer for future meals! See everything we did here!
Spaghetti (sauce from the freezer) & Garlic Bread
Chicken Croquettes with Rice & “Gravy”, Green Beans
Soft Tacos (meat from the freezer), Homemade Refried Beans, Rice
Chicken in a Skillet with potatoes & carrots
BBQ Pork Ribs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans
Cream Cheese Potato Soup with Bacon
